The Vision

Unexpected Discoveries

As with many remodeling projects, uncovering the existing structure revealed challenges beneath the surface. The original kitchen electrical system presented significant safety concerns, including multiple outlets powered from a single 30-amp circuit. Our team completely redesigned and updated the electrical system, installing dedicated circuits to meet modern safety standards and support today’s appliances.

The flooring also required attention. Existing pine plank floors had begun cupping and settling over time. New luxury vinyl tile flooring was installed throughout the home, providing improved durability, moisture resistance, and long-term performance.
