Country Club Halfway House

This light commercial project involved updating an old, tired halfway house on one of the many beautiful old golf courses in Kansas City.  New and upgraded electrical service was brought into the structure to bring it in line with current code requirements.  The footprint for the new structure doubled the size of the original one.

Using materials that were low maintenance was very important, so engineered exterior products were selected.  The interiors also had to be low maintenance, but attractive and functional to meet the demands of the recreational users.  The membership at the club was delighted with the results and appreciated the quick timeframe in which the project was performed.
